Actually, based on the packaging alone (and the quality of the art upon it) I would give the nod to Lady Jaye indeed! That's right - I pick her over all of her more widely-praised fellow violent broads - and despite the fact that her action figure does not do her justice one iota (makes her look butch-like, if you ask me!)
Lady Jaye hails from Martha's Vineyard, in Massachusetts - is a redhead of sorts (so was Scarlett, but somehow it didn't mean a thing there...!) and she is a Lady...!

All good reasons to choose her over the other toughies/cuties I dare say...! ;)
UNLESS...
UPDATE:
Maybe I should just do as I usually do over at my other wildly-popular blog, *aquamusings* - and just give the title, by default, to Queen Mera, Queen of the Seven Seas and The Ultimate Aquaficionada (as we tend to call them over there...!)
